Bagnaia Juara MotoGP Austria

Jakartakita.com – Pebalap Ducati Francesco Bagnaia keluar sebagai juara MotoGP Austria 2023 usai menjadi yang tercepat menuntaskan seluruh 28 putaran dalam balapan yang berlangsung di Red Bull Ring, Minggu (20/8/2023). Pebalap Italia tersebut finis dalam waktu 42 menit 23,315 detik.
Kemenangan yang diraih merupakan yang ke-16 bagi Bagnaia di ajang MotoGP, yang kelima musim ini.
Bagnaia start dari pole position dalam balapan kali ini, diikuti pebalap tim Aprilia Racing Maverick Vinales di posisi kedua. Duo pebalap tim Red Bull KTM Brad Binder dan Jack Miller start dari urutan ketiga dan empat.
Vinales terlempar ke posisi sembilan di putaran pertama, membuat Binder dan Miller menempati posisi kedua dan tiga. Di putaran keempat, pebalap tim Gresini Ducati Alex Marquez merebut posisi ketiga dari Miller.
Satu putaran berselang, Miller tergeser ke posisi lima usai dilewati pebalap tim VR46 Ducati Marco Bezzecchi. Pada putaran keenam Miller tergeser rekan setim Bezzecchi, Luca Marini.
Pada putaran ke-22, Bezecchi dapat melewati Marquez untuk menempati posisi ketiga. Empat putaran berselang, giliran Marini melewati Marquez.
Bagnaia pada akhirnya keluar sebagai juara, sedangkan Binder runner-up. Bezzecchi melengkapi podium dengan menempati peringkat ketiga.
Marini finis di peringkat empat, diikuti Marquez di peringkat lima dan Vinales di peringkat enam.
